Its a must. The fish sausage is so good, and the people are great. Visit this place, hang out and keep it going. Fish town is an awesome little historic area also. Cassie the manager was so nice and helpful with all their products.
We tried both the smoked salmon and trout. Hands down some of the best. They were both so naturally buttery/oily and had great flavor and texture. No bad fishy taste. Great customer service from the kid from Cincinnati. We drove down from Chicago and it was well worth the visit.
CHUBS ARE BACK BUT THE SMOKING PROCESS IS WAY OFF! THEY SHPULD BE DARK BROWN IN COLOR AND THE TASTE AND TEXTURE IS DIFFERENT! I'M 73 YEARS OLD AND BILL CARLSON HAD IT DOEN! THEY NEED HIS HELP!
