I just love Carlson's Fishery! Their smoked fish is absolutely amazing. Their customer service is outstanding. I make the 4 hour trip at least 3 if not 4 times a year to visit Fishtownfun and to grab some smoked fish. Product is fresh! Tastes fantastic and you can grab a T-shirt. Love love love Carlson's Fishery.
Fantastic Beef Jerky, our favorite in the county. And of course, the delicious smoked fish ! Local Lake Michigan Smoked Lake Trout is the strongest in flavor, it's local, and our favorite, but all are good!👍
If you’re visiting Leland, Carlson’s Fishery is a must-stop! The smoked salmon was absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, and easily some of the best I’ve had.
I’m especially glad they were open early on Sunday morning since many of the other local businesses were closed. Picking up their smoked fish made our trip to Leland completely worth it before we headed back home to the west side of Michigan.
