Despite hours of operation they just choose what time to close down at night

Just stay away. I sat in the drive thru for 15mins before even reaching the speaker (only 2-3 cars ahead of me)- ordered the food then proceeded to sit in the drive thru for another 15mins without even moving… I had to leave because I had a screaming baby in the backseat. Completely wasted my time. If they’re so short staffed they shouldn’t be open!

Pulled into the drive through at 9:05, inside says it’s open until midnight, it was closed. Went back to the drive through and waited for 45 minutes.

Everytime I come here after 8 pm the girl starts put by saying that they are short staffed and it's going to be a long wait when there are only 2 cars in the drive thru. Makes you feel like you shouldn't be there. It's their job to fulfill orders and not make it seem like the customer is inconveniencing them. Terrible.

Waited about 20 minutes for my food when there was only 2 other cars in front of me. The meat was solid and dry. It looked like it had been sitting out for at least 10 hours. Go to any other fast food place nearby. This taco bell should be shut down.

Normally don’t leave bad reviews. But telling me their maintenance and my mobile order was on me and not them. Maybe the staff or manger should turn off the option if they know they are having a maintenance issue inside the store. She was completely rude about this too.

Ordered through the mobile app, proceeded to the “mobile orders only” line in the drive-thru. Was greeted with a not so warm welcome with “down for maintenance”. No apology or anything. I asked about the order we placed and the girl said “that’s on you go through your app”. The girl needs to go back to customer training.

I don't know why you ask me how I want something cooked on the screen and do the exact opposite. It's clear you don't read how someone wants it or just didn't bother to look. I asked for a grilled burrito and guess what it wasn't! I'm starting to wonder if someone else got it. The funny thing was it was correct on the order. Just not my burrito. If this is how you send out food then I will make sure If I go the next time it's cooked like I want . It's pretty sad that someone must have ordered before me and they were so slow they had to leave because they were late for work. I did hear the one guy say he would drop it off, but I could tell they just didn't have time to argue. That just go to show you how slow they are.

The shift manger with pink hair is vary rude and should not be a manger! Threw food at me.. and told me I couldn’t wait by the counter for my to go order.. will be calling the GM and Regional! This is uncalled for!

Went there a few days ago with someone at midnight and there were only two girls working, but they had our food out in record timing (we ordered a lot) and they were super sweet! 10/10

Walked in, employees said they're very busy to entice customers to not place orders. Half of the employees stand around while 2 people make food. Evening service was poor.
