Location was a little unkempt. Workers seemed hurried even though the store was slow, but the lunch rush probably just ended. When our order was ready, a worker SCREAMED our order name out super loud to an empty dining room, which was weird. Food was fresh and prepped well, but my wife tacos were ordered to add sour cream, but they "Supreme" them, adding tomatoes as well and she had to pick them off.

Still, this seems to be one of the better taco bells I've been to in a while. They have all gone down hill, and I suspect as this one gets older, it will too. Taco Bells glory days are long behind them - the drive for profit over everything has killed these restaurants and I would bet we will be hearing about store closing soon.

Now, I know why there wasn't anyone in the drive-thru line at this location. The food is inedible for consumption. This is my 3 Cheese Chicken Flatbread Melt. Would you eat this? I didn't and it's unfortunate because the location is conveniently close to home, but I will not return to this location ever again. Beware of this Taco Bell.

So I had went there today Because I saw on the door that they had an “EBT accepted here” sign. I had left and called to double check if it really was accepted there and they had said “yes” .. I had ordered food for dinner and of course It didn’t go through the 3 times they’ve tried it. So why post false advertisement? What’s the point having the sign up if it wasn’t accepted.. also, why in the world would they say it was accepted??
Of course I paid for it.. but I’m not gonna lie I’m never going back. Taco Bell isn’t worth any $$
The food is garbage. Honestly should’ve left after my EBT card was denied 😅 This made me realize cooking at home is sooo much better & cheaper. My stomach would kill me if I ordered there again!!!!!😭
This place needs to CLOSE!!! I’m shocked it’s still open.. I would love to get my $ back I had spent on TRASH!!!!

My boyfriend and I come to this location because the food is the most consistent from any of the tbell locations in the area, typically when we come here we have a pleasant experience but last night unfortunately was not. We had an online order, when we pulled up to the intercom we sat there for 5 minutes and my boyfriend kept saying hello because no one would answer, so we figured we’d just go to the window and explain what happened, a little bit frustrating but not a big deal. What was frustrating to me was the car behind us was answered immediately when he pulled up to the intercom, leading me to believe we were just being ignored. I understand if you’re busy and can’t get to us right away, but blatantly ignoring a customer isn’t the way to go about not being able to answer, a simple “one second please” could suffice. When pulling up to the window we were greeted by a woman who just seemed to have kind of an attitude about the situation. We had to pull around again, which was fine, not a huge deal. Overall the customer service from this woman has kind of off put me from wanting to come back, but typically the employees are really nice at this location. I understand if you’re having a bad day but you should always try not to take it out on the customers. Nonetheless, food was good as always.

Ordered online had it delivered they put tons of tomatoes on my food when all says no tomatoes. Highly allergic called and they didn't care or believe me that I'm breaking out in hives now in my mouth because there was not suppose to be tomatoes on it

2 stars because vey few times I’ve received hot fresh food. Two times in particular I will never be returning.

The first time being at midnight, I went to place an order via DT to be told they aren’t taking any more orders at the time because they’re too busy with other orders…I’ve worked in a drive thru servicing 500+ cars in a day, and I’ve never ever told a customer I was too busy to serve them. Told them no problem and that I would wait, just to be told they don’t know when they’ll be able to take my order..

The second time, I placed a $50 order thru the mobile app, mostly items containing chicken, to pull up to the drive thru to be told they don’t have chicken…after I PLACED AND PAID FOR A $50 order!!!! How am I about to pay for something you don’t even have???? Worst part about it I couldn’t get my money back, because it was a 3rd party payment through the app. Had to contact Taco Bell customer service over the phone to issue a refund. $50!!!! Absolute BS. I will not be returning.

Hi, past Tacobell employee here. Let me ask you a question (current and former Tacobell employees at this location) has your owner finally stopped complaining about your drive thru times? If so they need to clearly get back on you about your times. There’s little to no reason I sat in the drive thru waiting ten minutes for this food behind someone that had maybe one or two items in their bag (small bag). When most items take a solid thirty seconds to a minute to assemble.
My meal consisted of a Nacho Belgrade just cheese, a soft taco, a cantina quesadilla meal. Not rocket science. Nor anything hard to assemble.
The nachos just chips and cheese was just that chips and cheese. The nachos looked more like a handful of chips with two squirts (one on each end), the taco had little to no meat(half scoop), minimal cheese, no lettuce. The cantina meal felt more like greasy card board, chip bag had minimal chips. The food was not up to “live mas” standard. It was more depressing to look at than anything. Was not worth the twenty something dollars I spent here.
The employees need to learn how to speak to customers. As their attitude was not necessary. Especially if a customer is being polite with them (THE WHOLE TIME). I would have gotten my head chewed off for having any type of attitude toward a customer.

Went through the drive thru at 6:20 pm on Friday Nov 15th, to pick up our mobile order. While waiting at the window, a worker came to the window, just to give us a dirty look. We paid $31 and received a dirty look in exchange. When we got our food, we noticed there was no sauce in the bag. We kindly asked for sauce, and we were given a mound of sauce, with a side of attitude. (As Pictured.) When we got home, our food was extremely cold. There was also a strand of hair in my quesadilla, which was quite disgusting. (As Pictured.) Please enforce wearing hair nets to avoid these issues.
This is not the first time we’ve gotten random mean looks from workers here.
I have worked for this company aswell. I understand when people come through with big orders, it can be frustrating and stressful. But I can say, it’s no excuse to be treating paying customers in this way. Please do better.
