China Bowl offers great Chinese food with huge portions at decent prices. The Almond boneless chicken, Shrimp egg foo young, shrimp fried rice, and curry chicken were delicious. The egg drop soup and egg rolls were also great. Despite being understaffed, the server was hustling, and the food arrived fairly quickly. While the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, the overall experience was satisfying. It's a far cry from the old Kathay House, but now, China Bowl stands out as the best Chinese restaurant downriver for those looking to enjoy a hot and fresh meal on-site.
