I really love their coffee but they can never make it the same way twice in a row. So inconsistent. Rude workers when you have a complaint. Playing on their phones instead of doing their job. Must have terrible managers.
Always a line around the building but it moves pretty quick and they coffees are tasty... and much more economical than 7brew. Its unfortunate where they are situated, it is a congested area, but they do a great job.
Typical Tim Hortons. Sometimes you won't get a word from the person at the window and sometimes there is a very nice personal interaction. 60/40 chance of your coffee being right.
