customer service and food was amazing . janiyah took my order , and was so friendly and polite . the manager was being kind of loud with the staff saying “the place was a mess and unacceptable” . It made it hard to focus on placing my order and also made it somewhat of an uncomfortable experience , other than that 10/10 :)
Bought my usual here my boible double mad it didn't taste the way is usually does very disappointing I love the coffee at tim hortens and I was so looking forward to having my fav cup o Joe
Went there Sunday morning and ordered two large triple triple decaf and when I got it it was cold I asked if I could get it warmed up and the guy told me that he had to asked the manager. Then a girl named Brittany came up and said she could not warm it up so I asked her if i could get 2 hot coffees and she got an attitude like she didn't want to do it. Not good customer service I will not go there again if she is working and neither will my family or friends.
