I just moved out here and I’ve been going to this Tim Hortons for 3 months and I’m always nice. I know sometimes people get stressed. But the person taking orders is not listening, there’s a long wait for anyone to speak, I get the wrong items, they don’t make anything right. I’m wondering what’s going on? Is there a manager? The line to this TH is insane and can take way to long to get through. It often spills out onto Southfield. I would rather pass it up and go to the one down the road (West on Southfield) on the left at the Gas station.

Every other order I used to get wrong/ missing items. Now it’s been three consecutive orders of wrong/ missing items and sometimes it’s because they are out of stuff and they don’t update the app and just get you whatever. I love Tim Hortons, hopefully this changes because this is aggravating.
