I believe her name was Sheila or Sheila. But, she was very nice and super friendly. I accidentally ordered my sister and my drink wrong this morning and she had no problem remaking it and was very nice about it. She also was very nice and sweet to my daughter and my nephew. All they kept talking about was her when we pulled off how they liked her and that she was really nice. We need more people like her working in the workplace to start peoples morning off right!
Whoever made that spirulina drizzle for the unicorn frappe on Aug 15 did such a good job omg 😭 I was hearing that it was slap ya mama sour and it was not, in fact, slap ya mama sour and went great with the rest of the drink. The sprinkles however were lethal 😭
the workers there were absolutely amazing and so kind!!! they absolutely went out of their way to make my day better and absolutely makes me want to come back! thankyou so much the workers make everything!!!

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company offers good drinks and polite staff, with some locations inside Barnes & Noble providing a calm and welcoming atmosphere perfect for studying or reading. The coffee, breakfast sandwiches, and customer service are of superior quality, though slightly more expensive than some competitors. However, the experience is inconsistent. The drive-thru is often slow, even with only three people in line, and a drink like the Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso is made differently every time. Some locations are understaffed, with long waits for specialty drinks, egg bites, and the sausage and egg sandwich. While staff are nice and will offer a bag and drink carrier to help struggling customers, the wait times can be ridiculous due to only one person knowing how to make specialty drinks.
