We went tonight to celebrate our girl turning 10. We had a waitress with a heart of gold. I can't remember her name for the life of me but she made sure we sang our girl happy birthday, hooked her up with some virgin Shirley temples, and just made our entire night. Before we left she reminded our daughter that she could tell she has a heart of gold and that really touched us as her parents and her. She is 10/10 service wise and we will definitely be back for another go around. š„¹

I had an amazing experience with Applebeeās Carside To-Go in Shannon! She went above and beyond to make sure everything with my order was perfect and satisfactory. Her wonderful customer service truly made my day! She was so welcoming and kind, making the experience even better. My food was hot, fresh, and packaged perfectly. The entire process was quick, easy, and hassle-free. I highly recommend this location, especially with such great service from Shannon!

I placed an online order for a 5:30pm curbside pickup. I arrived on time and pulled up in one of the curbside parking spots. No one came out to greet me for 10 minutes so I went inside. I stood inside waiting for my order until 6:48pm. This is absolutely inexcusable, and the excuse provided by the manager is that they were backed up with Grubhub and Door Dash orders. Most restaurants know to shutdown food delivery apps during peak hours if they can't keep up. The food was terrible, but at least I received 50% off for the inconvenience. Unless you are looking for a cheap drink or appetizers dine at another restaurant because it just is not worth it!

Unfortunately Every time I come here itās worse Iām not sure if they donāt have enough staff anymore but it takes forever to get a seat even tho the restaurant is 1/2 full or less. Then takes forever to get your food. As I type this Iāve been here over a hour and still waiting on my mealā¦ā¦

Came into this location 2/22/25. Of course it was a bit crowded so wait time was expected. No problem the lovely hostess Ed who was extremely professional and courteous, let us know the wait would be 1 hour or more. Cool no problem we had a party of 3. As we were seated 1 hour later. Our waitress was friendly, a young waitress she took are order, we waited over 1 hour and a half for appetizers and drinks. The silverware that was given to us had food still on it and when we asked for clean silverware it still was dirty . We had to eat plastic ware Then still not complaining because of the overflow of people a party came in 30 min after we did ordered there food and was given appetizers and drinks 15 min into there stay. Then my husband went to use the restroom the manager on shift blew his nose in the bathroom and never washed his hands. We were disgusted by the actions of this establishment. This was not are first time however this restaurant cannot perform when there is larger parties. Very disappointed in this experience

When I tell you I have never seen a Burger come to the table looking like the picture! I have But it was in ATL š¤£š. But here I DIDāā& I was out Done! Bacon hanging off Burger was just perfect! Spinach Dip GOOD ! My appetizer, was GOOD! Who ever was the cook that day I Pray heās there when I come this week for my Sonās 21st Birthday š
Waitress looked like she doesnt like her job. We had to ask for everything specifically to be brought like utensils and napkins. Tortilla chips in my appetiser looked like the crumbs.
