I found the pastrami sandwhich lacking and the steak sandwhich subpar. I’m still giving it 4 stars though because the smash burger was great and I would eat that a few times for sure.

Unfortunately, their AC is out. It is 🔥 🥵 for us but mostly for the staff 👎
It is 20+ minute wait for food to order. Remember, it is Made to Order.
For 2 meals (Bistro Baja Smash & Shrimp Boy Bayou) with fries, and drinks (glass bottles $3ea). It came to $47.90 (including tip).
It took less than 25 minutes for our food and the flavors & textures were great!

First and foremost this place is freaking awesome. Had a fun time talking with the front desk person and she walked me through the entire menu. Food came out relatively quickly for an order and cook on spot 10 out of 10 would absolutely take an entire family here or just eat lunch here. Fantastic quality of food. The fries were legitimately perfect
