Food portions were really terrible. Barely any fries, 2 onions rings, 2 pieces of vodka and small coleslaw. Would not purchase the fried fish dinner again rather go somewhere else.

Came here for breakfast today and I'm leaving this review as soon as we got out because the service was absolutely superb! AJ is one of the best servers I have ever had at any restaurant and I say that as a server myself. Not only how she was with us but even seeing her with other tables. She was so funny friendly and efficient. Best waitress ever.

We are regulars to the Livonia and Canton, Bob Evans. Our family has always had a great experience at both locations.

We had this bubbly, bouncing, full of happiness, all around amazing server, who is new to working at the Livonia, Bob Evans. She not only lit up our whole family’s day and hearts. But as she worked, you could watch and see how she impacted all the surrounding tables around us. Almost

Putting smiles on everyone’s faces. 😃😃She recommended the hash browns the “AJ WAY” & Definitely my new favorite dish! positivity, attitude and over all vibe is a rare quality. She also informed us of the Bob Evans App! And since we are such regulars, this is a huge help. We received 15% off of our bill!!

The server was great. The food was no so great. My pancakes appeared to be cooked on a dirty grill and this is how they came out. Hubby and I have decided we will not be returning.

The food was ok, The server was awesome she was on it!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO BOB EVANS!! When you pay your bill and tip on a card at the register the employee's do not receive the tip!! THIS BIG CORPORATION KEEPS THERE TIP!! This really upset me to learn this information! There is no explanation that would justify this!! Plenty of restaurants like bob Evans to eat at that actually takes care of there employee's!!!
I HOPE THIS STOPS ALOT OF PEOPLE FROM GETTING SCAMMED BY BOB EVANS!!

I don’t usually write reviews, but after this experience I feel like I need to. My mom, sister, and I went to this Bob Evans and had a really disappointing experience. We were told to sit anywhere, so we sat toward the back. When our server, AJ, came over, she made a comment comparing us to “babies” for sitting back there, which immediately felt disrespectful.
It took about 15 minutes for her to come to our table, and another 15 minutes just to bring us water. When she did, she made a sarcastic comment about hoping we wouldn’t be “complicated” even though we only ordered water.
We arrived at 1:59 PM. My mom and sister didn’t receive their food until 2:43 PM, and my mom’s pancake was cold. I have celiac disease, and although that’s important, I didn’t even want to bring it up because I already felt like a nuisance and knew it would likely take even longer for my food. At that point, we were extremely hungry and decided to leave.
The manager was very kind and understanding, which we appreciated. However, as we were leaving, we could hear AJ talking about us, which was uncomfortable. I understand that servers can get overwhelmed, but it felt like that stress was taken out on us.
My mom had to be at work at 3 PM and was very understanding throughout the situation—she’s even worked at Bob Evans before. She simply wanted to pay the bill and leave. We were willing to stay and eat, but AJ gave her attitude about paying and said she needed to wait because AJ had to attend to another table.
Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing, mainly due to the lack of professionalism from our server.

It’s crazy that I have to write. We’ve literally me and my family don’t give a gaf, but this was like the worst thing we’ve ever experience.

My family and I stopped by for breakfast during the busier time of the day. We were immediately seated. Our amazing server gave us a few of the most delicious breakfast options and even new types of drinks to try! She quickly had drinks out to the table. Never let our coffee or creams get low and though the food was great and filling. It was the server AJ that made this ordinary family breakfast an amazing experience! She just brought the biggest warmest smile to our entire table, with her positive attitude and energy!! KEEP IT UP AJ!! 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
