Thanks a lot open table! Made this reservation only to find out that this restaurant is PERMINANTLY CLOSED!!!

The Livonia location is permanently closed, but we were allowed to make reservations here for some reason. We had to drive to Rochester Hills instead, where we did have a good meal.

We loved going her to celebrate my grandmas birthday! Jennifer was our waitress and she was great :) food was amazing and we had no issues :)

Went there on New Year's Eve, and walked into a lobby that was packed with people, and half of the restaurant was empty -after 15 minutes of waiting and nobody showing up to the hostess stand - jumped on my open table app and found another reservation nearby and left and so did other people -I guess this restaurant had been closed and was reopened, but it seems to be in disarray

We made reservations for 2 for NY Eve at 7:15 pm. We arrived at approx 7:10 pm. There were several people standing waiting to check in. They said the hostess had not been to the desk for quite a while. It seems they were understaffed and she was clearing tables, serving food, taking orders, etc etc. We waited for over 1/2 before we were acknowledged. There were people who had been waiting almost an hour since their reservation time. Never once did anyone explain the problem or offer an apology for the wait and inconvenience. It was over an hour after our reservation time when we finally got seated. The food took a while to come out and once we got it, found it to be adequate at best. The waitress actually put our bill on the table shortly after we were served. No offer of coffee, dessert or anything else. I may have given a more generous review in light of the situation - they were short staffed and had just lost (2) managers-but the staff did nothing to help the customers understand the situation and try to make our dining experience a good one. I doubt we will be returning any time soon.

Waited 25 minutes before the host even walked up to the front and then another 20 minutes before deciding to leave because the people ahead of us had a reservation 30 min ahead of ours and still had not been seated. Zero communication, zero customer service.

Went on New Year's Eve and they were definitely shortstaffed. The waitress was running around overworked, one of the meals came out as if it had sat around for quite a while. Sauce was dried up and the chicken was overcooked. She took it off our bill. The building was cold. Many people had their coats on and they did not have a heater going in the entryway to help combat the freezing temperatures outside. They had a lot of people waiting to be seated and were not cleaning tables for quite a long time. Give this place a solid B rating but will not be back

We went on New Year's Eve for dinner. Service was terrible. We were told the waitress assigned to our table just left...so someone else was taking over. It took forever for someone to take our order. The appetizers came out before my drink was delivered ... that's how long it took to even get my drink. Our water was never refilled after asking twice. Bread was delivered to us AFTER we finished our meal.. (sigh). Don't want to blame the waitress entirely since she was told she had to take over. I know being short-handed makes service delivery difficult... but it kind of ruined what was supposed to be a nice dinner on NYE with family.

There was insufficient wait staff , therefore drinks, food, and experience was less than expected or paid for!! Going to dinner on New Year's eve is always a crap shoot.

Restaurant seemed very short staffed for a not super busy evening. Went for birthday reservation and the bartender was also taking tables so drinks took a while to come out but they tasted good and we give compliments to her handling it all at once by herself. Our server Forest was very kind and good server and apologized for the wait on getting waters and bread to the table and even got a special dessert for the birthday. With that being said and the staff being very kind, it did take quite some time to get waters and bread to the table. Management acknowledged that our table hadn't yet been greeted and noticed the empty table but instead of helping their team out and getting them for us they just apologized and said they will be over shortly then proceeded to stand around the expo line. Overall experience and food was good but servers seemed like they needed a little more support from management.

We ordered two chicken dishes, both chickens were overcooked/dry. We did return the one and they offered to take it off the bill. Also, the risotto on the one chicken order was undercooked, hard to chew. Also, we noticed some tables got bread we did not. Maybe you have to ask for it? That shouldn't be a thing.

The restaurant had a decent amount of people dining, however service was VERY slow. We had to ask for a bread basket three times. Our drinks were not refilled, and our server left to go get us things and didn't return. No parmesean was ever provided for our pasta dishes. We didn't receive bread until we were nearly finished with our entrees. It was a really disappointing experience for a dinner for two people that cost over $120.

The food always tastes great. There really isn't much protein with the pasta dishes, so the meal feels a little over priced. Pops were $4 each and we were never offered refills. Our server was very kind but seemed slow to provide service and as mentioned didn't offer refills.

okay i woke in a restaurant so i get it but the service was terrible. i'm aware she had other tables, but it took her 20 minutes to bright us bread even after we reminded her. we ordered and then never saw her again untill she passed out bills, which we had to flag her down and ask for. someone else brought out the food, but she never came back to check on us. we had people missing dressings that they never got because we just never saw her. i also wanted a box to take home my food, but you can guess what happened there. overall she was very nice but i could have gone to the kitchen and ran our food and gotten everything else we needed better than her. also the pepsi syrup needs to be changed food was fye tho

Chicken tasted like frozen plastic and the sauce left something to be desired. The portion didn't really reflect the price; there wasn't even any sides offered with the entree to make it seem worth the amount.
