Best authentic Italian food in my book outside of New York. Will definitely be on my list of favorites. Service was quick and friendly on a major holiday. Food was well prepared and presented.
We made a reservation through OpenTable, only to find upon arrival that this restaurant is closed! There was a small paper notification on the door, but we really shouldn't be able to reserve anything online if it's closed. What a shame, our family was looking forward to it.

The reason for the poor review is that the restaurant was closed ( and has been closed for months) because of a fire. There was no notice from open table about this and we didn't know until we got there.

I can't give it more than 2 stars. I heard they had a fire a week or so after we went. If they reopen, I hope they improve We had reservations yet had to wait over 10 minutes. Then only 3 out of 4 of us got the drinks we ordered. When the main course came, same thing. They did give us the extra dish for free, but... I got eggplant and it was more breading than plant. My wife's salmon was mushy.

This was my first visit to Bravo but it won't be my last. It was on June 30th, heat wave and air advisory in full swing and Bravo had no air conditioning. So we decided to order a carryout and had a cocktail while we waited at the bar. The staff was so friendly and accommodating that we ended up staying longer than intended. Great margarita flatbread and wonderful atmosphere!

Came in last week (had never been here before) and had an amazing experience overall, but I have to say, our server, I think her name was Lizzy, was absolutely amazing to us! She took care of our needs before we even knew we had them! 10/10 service for sure. She made our experience absolutely worth the drive to Livonia. I will definitely be back!
Very seldom do I write reviews but I had to say Hats off to our server, Teré for a wonderful job in taking care of us the other night. The kitchen was backed up but she never missed a beat. She kept us apprised of what was going on. Made sure we had drinks and bread. When our meal came, she didn’t stop the great service we got. She came over several times to make sure we were happy. She paid special attention to my grandchildren because they were getting a little rambunctious. The biggest thing that hit me was she was that way with all her tables. Not once did she bad mouth the kitchen. Not once did she give us any attitude.Hats off to a wonderful employee! I hope Bravo appreciates her dedication and outstanding service. We’ll be back and we will definitely ask for Tere’.

I recently visited Bravo! and was blown away by the delicious food and exceptional service. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the staff such as my amazing waitress Shynelle went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining

We were most disappointed at the cleanliness. The front door mat was filthy & wood floors were as well. The carpet runners were filled with crumbs, as was the seat in our booth.  the waitress wasn't rude, but certainly not pleasant. This place needs a refurbishing to say the least.

They were short handed. The waitress we had was also the bartender. So service slow, not her fault. When I went to pay the manager said when you come things will be better. She should have offered us something off our meal today since she new it was not right. Manager should do a better job at customer relations.
