Extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled by Cantoro Trattoria. Months ago, my order was made incorrectly, and after dealing with the issue at the time, I disputed the charge because I paid for food that was not made correctly. Now, months later, the restaurant decided to reverse everything and attempt to collect the money again, forcing me to go through the dispute process all over again. I genuinely do not understand how a business thinks this is acceptable customer service or professional business conduct After being told just dispute it with your bank. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled afterward is what is most frustrating. Instead of resolving the issue fairly, it feels like the customer is being punished for the restaurant’s mistake. Very disappointing experience overall, both with the service and with how the business chose to handle the situation afterward.

Oh my god!! I'm in heaven..out and about running errands and figured I'd pop in to check it out! From the fresh baked semolina smell that hits you as soon as you walk in, to the abundance of imported Italian goods. Olive oil, pasta, and cheese galore!! Fresh baked pastries and the deli...to die for! My little Italian heart was so happy! I didnt get anything this time but you better believe I'm coming right back!!!

We have never had a bad meal at Cantoro's. The waitstaff are all personable and helpful. Our meals consisted of Tagliatelle bolognese, Pasta ala vodka and Cheese ravioli. All were outstanding and very generous portions. Cantoro's is so popular you need to make reservations at least two weeks in advance. We highly recommend the restaurant.
