The food is always excellent. Chick-fil-A is my favorite fast food restaurant. The issue I have is with the staff since every time my family and I walk in, they never get our order right. It's happened more than five times, so we ended up deciding to write down the order on our phone and give it to the staff to read it, but even with that they still get the order wrong.
