I was so excited to try this place. Don’t get me wrong the lo mein was great. But the orange chicken was disappointing. It was hard, overcooked and seemed like it was microwaved :(

I ordered general Tao and I got a bland orange chicken. If you like the rich taste gen tao should bring this is not the place for you. I know this cant be the right recipe.

Unfortunately, our recent experience at China Kitchen Express was very disappointing. The food quality has noticeably declined and ordering has become very hit or miss, while the prices seem inconsistent from visit to visit.

What upset us most was a serious issue with our order. Our family has food allergies, and we were given the wrong meal. Thankfully, we double-checked the order before eating it. We immediately called the restaurant to explain the mistake and returned to pick up the correct food. Instead of correcting the issue, we were charged a second time for the replacement order β€” even though the original mistake was theirs and the food could not be eaten by us. Since the kids had already touched the incorrect order, we couldn’t even return it.

Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them matters. Charging customers again after giving out the wrong order, especially when food allergies are involved, is unacceptable.

I ordered almond chicken. No almonds and the chicken tasted like grease and very doughy. The gravy was nothing more than almond paste. The chicken fried rice... OMG... like paper. Never again

I'm pregnant and was craving Chinese food really bad. I ordered the shrimp egg foo young. It was very good. The gravy that they make to go with that is so delicious that even one of my picky eater kids was sitting there with a spoon, eating the gravy. My kids got the shrimp fried rice and we also had egg rolls. The egg rolls here are large, compared to everywhere else. It was a pleasant surprise. We were all happy with our food. It was my first time here and I would come back again.

Worst Chinese food ever!! Sweet & Sour chicken was almost all breading, egg roll had so many pieces of HARD cabbage in it that l couldn't even chew it. Almond Chicken had a very strange taste along with the sauce and the egg drop soup!! Never ever will l order from there again!

I work nights and forgot it was Christmas Eve. Started looking for food at 7:45 pmβ€”White Castle, gas stations, all closed. At 8:30 pm, China Inn was still open! Freshly cooked, major holiday win! Total kewlness πŸŽ„πŸœ

Food was large portions, but prices are 25 to 50% higher than what is showing on Google maps.

Service is friendly but not responsive to customer feedback. Food tastes fishy and stale no matter what you order. From fried rice to almond boneless chicken, basics that should be easy to nail are pretty much inedible. Not going to give them any more chances.

I've ordered from China Inn multiple times and the Lo Mein is always super. Eggrolls are perfect. Wontons and fried dumplings are stuffed with meat.

Food is very bland. Ordered fried dumplings that weren't fried at all and tasted like raw dough. The dumpling sauce didn't have much flavor. Also got sweet and sour chicken and the sauce didn't have much flavor either. Definitely do not recommend this place.
