Arrived here for dinner around 8pm and they were out of so many things, there wasn't even a wait time given to have the items restocked(steak, vegetables, vinegarette). They were still open for another 3 hours. This is a regular occurrence at this location. This place is poorly managed at best. I will not be returning to this location, just doesn't make sense to be out of so many popular ingredients when they are scheduled to be open for another 3 hours.

The lady at the front with red hair- (think she is a manager) is extremely RUDE. This was my 2nd time here in 1 week and she is just rude, rushes you to order, has attitude because I asked for double beans- I don’t mind paying for it. I WONT be back to this location, the one on 96/Middlebelt and 7/Haggery way better.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I waited 30 minutes for a large order that was scheduled and paid for online 2 days prior. I was told they were short-staffed, which was the reason my order wasn’t ready. The initial person I spoke with in customer service was helpful, but the response to my complaint I received by email wasn’t.

Waited in line for over a half hour. This should never happen at a Chipotle with 5 employees in the back just cooking. Very poorly managed location. I don’t think I’ve ever seen service this bad at a fast food restaurant in my life tbh

Never get my pickup orders correct always late pickup is not grab and go more like stand and wait todays wait 50-60 min no exaggeration just close it down if you dont have enough people one person for pickup and cashier

I go here only because it’s close to my house. Half the town me they’re out of one meat or another. Service is at a turtles pace. I’m sitting in line as I type this watching only one person preparing food, at times. Half the time he’s talking it up with his other coworkers. Can’t wait for the one at 7 and Middlebelt to open.

Came in at 4:00 pm on a Thursday and walked out with my made to order burrito at 4:03. Place was fully staffed with friendly people.
