We had Kelly & Rich as our bartenders and they were incredible. They were quick, fun, efficient and kept our guests' drinks filled throughout the night. This was our first time meeting them both and they were so warm and welcoming. We provided the alcohol, juices & fruit and they came with the rest of the supplies. If we in the future had another event where bartenders were needed we would absolutely have Kelly & Rich bartend for us.

Whenever we have an even rather small or large we always call them and they have been great, best bartenders and servers going on 7 years now. Thanks Patsy !!

If I could change anything about my wedding day it would be my bartender through cocktails n' dreams. My poor experience with cocktails and dreams began with phone calls with Patsy about setting up staffing. Patsy was condescending and made me feel incompetent. She was not helpful to me as a bride as I was planning such a big event. Eventually I needed my mom to take over with dealing with her espeically since this company refuses to communicate via email which is best for me as a young professional. I wish I would have trusted my instinct and not booked through her but this company seemed to have good reviewed and was well priced. We ended up paying for two servers and one bartender. The two women that were sent for servers were kind, helpful, and hardworking - I feel bad that their good service was clouded by the rest of our experience. Unfortunately, our bartender Patsy (the owner of the business) was horrible. Every single person I talked to about her had the same negative things to say. She was rude to my guests making people uncomfortable to ask for a drink, kept an unorganized bar serving the same drink in multiple different glasses, and made even getting a drink for my now husband a challenge as she would leave the bar for minutes at a time. Not only was her attitude rude/abrasive, but she made food and safety violations by scooping ice into drinks from the cooling buckets with her hands!!!! (GROSS!!!) Multiple of my guests including health care professionals witnessed this. When discussing our disappointment with her via email after the event, Patsy was rude once again, denied everything, and we didn't get a sincere apology. Please, please, please save yourself the embarrassment of having the face of your event be someone as unkind, lazy, and abrasive as Patsy.

Our servers and bartenders for our wedding at Fenner Nature Center were AMAZING and so kind. Kiki, Patsy, and Rodney were so kind, pleasant, and professional. You helped us feel relaxed and we trusted that your team would take care of us and our family and friends, and you certainly delivered! To Rodney, who gracefully accepted my new wife’s invitation to share a quick dance before you left - we will be sure to get you a photo! Thanks for being such a great crew, and cheers from Seattle!

We used Cocktails N' Dreams for our wedding reception at Eastern Market Shed 3 in October and we were so pleased with the quality of service they provided, we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a bartending service for their wedding. We were in constant contact with Patsey and Kelly throughout the process and they were so helpful with recommending purchase quantities for the event, and any questions we had along the way. We purchased the mixer package as well and it was a great decision that allowed Patsey and Rodney (our bartenders) to make many different drinks in their repertoir! We went into this looking for bartenders and what we got was so much more, so many of our guests told me how much they loved Patsey or Rodney, or what type of drink they mixed up just for them. They really stole the show in the best way possible and we are so thankful. When we initially booked them we were hesitant due to concerns of poor communication but that really was not our experience at all. Thank you Patsey, Kelly, and Rodney!

We hired Cocktails and Dreams for my daughters graduation party. The bartender and 2 servers were very polite, professional, helpful, and honestly made it a fun experience for our guests. I can't say enough good things about our experience and I would HIGHLY recommend their services. We will be using them again for my next kids graduation party in a couple years. The CND team goes above & beyond and my couple's big day would not have been possible without all of their hard work. From Patsy and Kelly in the office to Nick, Rodney, Liz, Michelle and Julie onsite, they are an incredible group to work with. So detail-oriented, ask all the right questions and get right to it! They certainly have a can-do attitude and no task is too big or too small for them. I hope to work with them again in the future!

We hired this service for our wedding reception. I was very pleased with her service. She was courteous, helpful and cleaned up after herself. I can't remember her name, but thank you for making the event flow smoothly.

I wanted to hire Cocktails N' Dreams to be the bartenders at my wedding because they were recommended by my venue, but they have very poor customer service. Over the course of a couple of months, I called(at different times throughout the day), left voicemails, emailed, and messaged them on the knot, but they never responded. Finally, one day when I called, one of them answered. I thought finally this is it, but, as my luck would have it, this lady doesn't handle the events at my venue, only her partner does. I was told that her partner would call me back within the next week. Well, it's been well over a month and I'm still waiting on that call. Don't waste your time.

The service that we received at our wedding was fantastic. They were very friendly and took care of all the guests all night long!

We can't say enough positive about our experience with Cocktails and Dreams. We hired three of their staff to make drinks and serve dinner and desserts for our daughter's wedding. We received compliments from several of our guests about the friendliness of the bartender and helpfulness of the waitstaff. They took care of all the serving and much of the cleanup. We didn't have to worry about a thing during the event. We would hire them again if the need arose and would recommend them to those in need of such service.

When my daughter and son in law were married. We had gone through Cocktails and Dreams on the recommendation of the Event Planner. Setting up the event part was perfect, but their bartenders that they sent the night of the wedding forgot to bring some personality and you would have thought they were being punished just to be there. Even the owner was rude! Once they were paid, their service went downhill. I have been asked several times since who we had for bartenders and you can bet I will not be recommending this company. I work for a company that promotes good Customer Service and I have to say that Cocktails and Dreams LTD, failed miserably. Giving them one star is a compliment!

Overall, Cocktails N' Dreams provided the service that was necessary at the wedding. They were very helpful before the wedding, being attentive and calling to get all the minor details correct. They helped us with how much liquor, beer, mixers, and ice we should buy. We were originally supposed to have 2 bartenders at our wedding because of the number of people (170). The day of the wedding, only one showed due to a car accident that we later found out put the other bartender in the hospital. We didn't have much contact with Cocktails N' Dreams the day of the wedding, but afterwards they apologized multiple times, and we were refunded the charge of the 2nd bartender. As I said, before the wedding, they did a great job. At the wedding, it was sufficient. After the wedding, the customer service was greatly appreciated.

My cousin used them for her wedding and let me tell you it was terrible!!!!!!! I was yelled at and told I didn't know what I was doing when trying to fix the keg she was pouring flat beer from. (I'm a bartender). They spelled her name wrong and wasted her money on a photo booth. I would not recommend them to anyone. If I could give a worse review I would.
