The staff are extremely friendly you’ve always had in stock what I’ve wanted. There was only one time you did that and we worked it out. It was not a problem and everything I’ve had has been awesome.
I’m obsessed with the cookies here. The service, not so much. The employees never seem to be friendly at this location. The wait time be ridiculous sometimes. I even had to request a refund once due to waiting so long. Also, they never seem to have the cookies they advertise. Which is frustrating. As I said, the cookies are amazing though
My first experience was not so great until he manager stepped in and saved the trip there. Overall these cookies are very tasty a lil on the big side but I will say one cookie can be shared amongst 3 people for sure!
