Love the food! They always make it to order so it's not sitting around under lights waiting for you. For that reason you wait a while for your food so just don't go if you are in a hurry. Also I don't like that they recently changed it so you get your food and shake at the same time. They used to give you your shake after you paid and then you only have to wait for the food. Now I get my ice cream and it's too melted. Or you are waiting 7-10 mins and you cane even enjoy a snack while you wait! It's a chain thing, not a decision made by just this location. I just think it's dumb.

My experience at Culver’s on Wednesday was pretty good, the staff was very welcoming. The nice young lady who delivered my food to my table was very nice and respectful. But one of the lady’s who was packing the food the manager I’m guessing was screaming very loud me and my husband heard her in the dining room area. She was very loud and angry at the staff one of the young gentleman called her destiny my husband said so I’m guessing that’s her name, but overall I had an ok experience and the food was excellent.

Everything about this place is amazing. Fantastic service, great pot roast dinner, clean atmosphere. The millenial ahh music really threw us off tho 💔 please put an end to playing Imagine Dragons and Pompeii I don’t want to feel like I’m in a Kohl’s commercial

I know the foods good. But what made this decision different was the atmosphere and the customer experience. I felt welcomed and like family. Destiny was on the counter and I placed a Togo order and grabbed a few things of the fun flavored ice creams. Destiny was attentive to me and my needs and addressed my concerns and allergies with compassion and sensitivity. She’s a fun lighthearted and professional person. when I got my order she was posting photos the children colored in the lobby. Extremely family friendly.
