A gorgeous new cafe! So excited to have them in our neighborhood. Everything we ordered tasted fantastic and the decor is heavenly.
So happy this opened right across the street from me! It’s unbelievable. So clean. Such yummy food and coffee!!
It’s nice to come alone , if you’re coming with the wife/ gf you won’t get out sooner from there

Elen Cafe is a coffee shop in Livonia that opened in August and has quickly become a favorite spot for many. The interior is beautiful, clean, and cute, with a big gallery wall, minimal decor in the front, tons of photos in the back, comfortable seating, and big windows for natural lighting. The bathrooms are also clean and well maintained. The atmosphere is nice and laid back, and the aesthetic is very relaxing.
The staff is attentive, polite, helpful, and friendly, with great energy, and is fully committed to accommodating any and all requests for orders. The drinks and pastries are excellent. The pastry options include a lot of traditional Romanian options, and the classic Papanași on the menu is authentic and delicious. The matcha is high quality and whisked by hand, and the matcha latte has the perfect ratio of milk. Everything is sweetened just right, and the ingredients are fresh, well priced, and well portioned. The strawberry matcha latte with almond milk is DELICIOUS, the biscoff coffee is delicious, and the crepe can be customized. A sandwich was bigger than a face and delicious. The food, drinks, and service are all great.
The location is convenient to reach right off the main road. The only small issue is the relatively limited parking space, but the quick service time and online ordering for drinks to go may make that nothing to worry about. This locally owned coffee shop stands out for its unique flavors and items with an eastern European twist on hospitality and culinary options.
