Ordered hot chocolate for $4.50 and it is served as hot water in a coffee cup with 2 packets of nestle next to it. The hot water was to the top of the cup not leaving any room to pour the powder not to mention the instructions list to put powder first and then add hot water next. In 25 years of traveling, I have never seen this.
My daughter and friends came here for homecoming last weekend, and had a great experience. The staff was amazing and even made the evening more special with serving “mocktails!”. Girls thought the food was great, there wasn't a long wait, and they loved it was close to the high school to get to the dance! I loved that I could book the reservation for up to 10 on Open Table so we could be flexible as more kids joined the homecoming group. Thank you for being so amazing...
The service and food ordered from the menu were outstanding. However, the overhead speakers were blasting as loud as any dance club. It probably accounted for only one other table being served breakfast at 9 AM. When we asked for the volume to be lowered, the initial reply was this is how Marriott wants it. A few minutes later, they turned the speaker system off, otherwise we could not have had a conversation or even bothered staying for breakfast.
