Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar offers an exceptional dining experience, perfect for celebrating special occasions or casual dinners. The surf and turf and Caesar salad remain standouts, while the broccolini can be hit-or-miss. The attentive service is a hallmark, with staff members going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The cocktails, wine, and steaks are consistently excellent. Recent diners enjoyed dishes such as the Sweet Chili Calamari, Sea Bass, Lobster Mac and Cheese, and Crème Brûlée, with some praising the Carrot Cake as the best they've ever had. Meals were all excellent, with steaks, lobster, salads, brussel sprouts (yummy) and their signature potatoes to die for. Some guests noted the food was quite salty, and there were comments about the close table arrangements and the restaurant's atmosphere, with the air conditioning not seeming to be working and it being a little warm inside. However, the restaurant made a birthday celebration very special. Overall, Fleming's remains a great choice for enjoying quality meals in a vibrant atmosphere.
