Was there last night. Ordered through my app a Big Mac pack shareable meal which includes 2 Big Macs, 2 medium fries and a 20 piece nugget. Also ordered two drinks and two pies. Before pulling off I checked my bag to see if was missing a pie and a Big Mac. I let the girl that helped me in the drive thru know what I was missing who then proceeded to argue with me that it was only 1 pie. This location is always terrible yet somehow we always end up stuck here when getting off the freeway. First they take 7 cars from the outside lane while we sit in the inside lane. Then they don’t have half of the food we used the mobile app to order. They can’t give refunds from orders placed in the app apparently so they just give you extra food that you don’t even want and try to call that good.
Machine was down so I couldn’t get the frappe I ordered in the app. The manager said she could not refund it for me, give me a gift, nor do anything. To make it better, I get home and the food I received wasn’t even correct either. This has happened multiple times at this location, seems a waste for the company to keep this one open.
