My family didn't enjoy our experience at all. The drinks my wife and I ordered were watered down barely any alcohol at all. Our steaks terrible, mine was overcooked and my wife's steak wasnt to her satisfaction. The appetizers didn't come until out main course arrived and thats bothersome enough. Our waitress wasnt attentive enough for us to even really address our concerns. Usually we have a great time here and unfortunately this wasnt like that. I dont believe we'll be returning.

The worst experience I’ve ever had I before 8pm and was promised my food by 8:30 after 30 minutes of me sitting in the parking lot waiting with no text or anything i received my order which contained MOLDY broccoli a child sized handful of fries and completely incorrect food with them having no regard for allergies and putting tomato’s on a burger when im allergic the lettuce was pathetic Overall my worst experience in outback could’ve gotten a higher quality and more accurate order from a McDonalds will not be returning this is ridiculous

Order carry out service was slow when I got home they forgot French fries so I call to tell them she put on hold when I got back to restaurant fries was not ready so I had to eat cold food and no one said I sorry he just handed me the fries

This is by the worst Outback Steakhouse I’ve ever been to. I go out of my way to go to another one. Not one time has my experience at this Livonia Outback ever been pleasant. I went tonight just to pick up something very simple and of course wrong. The only one that was very helpful was a guy Memphis that was actually going out the door leaving. So Memphis thank you very much for being the only pleasant good service I’ve ever received here. Literally everrrrrrrrrrr! I will not be coming back to this location. I thought since it was simple this time I’d give it a try but I was clearly wrong.

The guy in take-away was so nice. He was slammed and I could tell he was keeping his cool and being so pleasant and helpful. I asked for A-1 and another employee stepped right up and said I got it! Nice team work! The food was amazing! They have the best salad and offer thousand island dressing which I love. Many people don’t have it.

Ordered carryout for office lunch. Two steak dinners supposed to have broccoli with them neither of them came with any side dish. You have our phone number you could have called for a substitute IF YOU WERE OUT instead you give nothing? The so-called garlic bread that came with the shrimp was pitch black burnt to hell. NEVER AGAIN Livonia Outback steakhouse, never again
We came in on Saturday afternoon for a nice lunch. The hostess sat us at one of the bar booths. Our server maya seemed to also be bartending as well, and the service was severely lacking this day. I could understand if she was so busy she couldn't get us what we asked for, but she was sitting behind the bar texting on her phone after I asked her 3x for refills and my boyfriend asked her twice for steak sauce. The table next to us had to wait ten minutes after getting their food because they had no silverware to eat with. She only checked on us twice the whole time we were there. Maybe she shouldn't be bartending and serving if she can't keep up. this experience made me not want to visit another outback. I never get this kind of service at Texas Roadhouse.
