Overall the food was alright at this location. The service at this location however was quite great! The employee that helped me was Andrew and he showed perfect customer service skills! I was quite impressed with his performance and very happy due to the amazing customer service skills from him!

Visted February 8, 2025 around 5pm ..walked in there was 4 employees standing behind the glass..no one greeted me or asked if I wanted anything..so I walked to the cash Register and a girl finally asked did I get helped and I said no they didn't help me they just looked at me..as I look around I seen white ppl walking in and the workers screamed hi! Welcome to panda express! What can we get started for you! I'm like hmmmm why couldn't I get that type of treatment? Then another black couple walked in and once again I noticed they stood at the glass atleast 10 minutes before someone was offering to help them and they actually had to get the staffs attention ..very racist workers at this location

When you open at 930am and your managers are walking in at 935. And your telling customers that have made an online order already to come back in 10mins that's a damn shame. I'm not understanding how hard it is to open a store when I open one as well and the one I help open is a hell of a lot bigger. It's just a damn shame to get good customer service anymore or even people that are on time with their job smh How can you make 2 orders for customers and have no gloves on.

Ordered online for delivery. Food was never delivered but the app says it was. Followed the online tracker and vehicle stopped 4 blocks from us and was marked delivered. Never received. Called the store 13 times an no answer!
Clean restaurant, friendly staff, hot food, speedy service. They got part of my order wrong, but it's ok. I would definitely go back. They work great as a team

I went here last night through the drive through and ordered a three meat meal and it’s like they were serving a baby, I will never order here again I looked at it and asked her was this a sample, then on top of everything there wasn’t any beef in my broccoli smh, I asked for white rice smh I’ll never order at this location again and the lady at the window was snooty

This is my FAVORITE place to eat lunch. The food here is ALWAYS fresh and delicious. The employees are amazing. I definitely have my favorites. I’m obsessed with the proportions they give. I love it here.!!!!
