“Kim. Your younger employees are closing the entire carpeted dining area too early. Was there at 7:10 PM on Tuesday and was told not to sit in that area as the young girl wanted to clean with a small non power broom....bad for business....sends people away“
“The place was loud and it appeared someone was using the restaurant for Round Table interviews. People brought their kids and left them at tables to chill with loud video games on their phones. The restaurant could have opened another area to see people who didn't want to be pressed into service as babysitters.“
“I went through the drive-through and have no complaints about the service or my order. However, I can't help but wonder who designs PB drive-through lanes and parking lots. After you place your order and take that turn towards the pickup window, you have to watch that the front of your car doesn't hit anyone parked in one of the spots right there but can't cut it sharp because your tires will hit the curb. Pulling out after getting your order is also tight if you're in a larger car and you want to turn right. If there is a long line in the drive-through lane, the cars parked in front of the building are trapped by the cars in line. This is the situation in more Panera Bread facilities than just this one.“
