The absolute worst experience. I will never come here again. I only went at the behest of a family member who loves their food and wanted me to pick it up. Incredibly overpriced, denied that there was a one dollar soup promotion even though it stated on their website. Then waited 33 minutes until I went in to get my food and the order was wrong and there was no napkins or utensils. I had to go back in a second time. I get it, things happen, people get overwhelmed with their jobs and the volume of people, but no apologies no smiles and horrible customer service. I doubt anybody of authority who owns this franchise branch will read this, but they should have a serious conversation about the very basic soft skills of Customer service. I would be happy and never writing this review if they had looked me in the eye at all, and just said I’m so sorry and owned it.

This is legitimately the worst Panera I've ever been to. I ordered 2 sandwiches, and it took 45 minutes for them to make them. I've had simialr experiences ordering ahead through the app. Rapid pick up says its ready, only for it to be another 15 minutes. This is a clear example of a corporate entity not caring about a location. They are understaffed to oblivion.

I ordered chicken noodle soup the big $8 bowl of it and I’m sick. Got home there was literally 2 noodles and barely any chicken all broth. For this I would’ve gotten Campbell chicken noodle soup where I know it’s good cheap and packed with what I paid for!

Order a black bean soup bread bowl. Soup should already be made and so it the bread so why did we have to pull aside through drive through and wait over 20 minutes for us to still not get our order?! Then other people behind us got their order. All we ordered was soup!
I ordered a half Greek salad, bowl of broccoli and cheese soup, and a 16oz mango smoothie. The wait was long but that was not the problem I had. My problem was my 16oz mango smoothie, it had lots of ice in it and it took longer than my food to receive. My smoothie cup was not a 16 oz and my smoothie was hard to drink due to the ice. It was more ice in the cup but I tossed it out thinking it will make it smooth to drink. I seriously believe it was done on purpose by the cashier. My food that was completed by the prep cooks was good and I have no complaints in that area.

do not come here. the service is awful, and there is a hair in my food. all food came cold, they forgot our drink, soup, and fruit cups, the fruit cups took 15 minutes after our order was “done”….. they also messed up two orders infront of us. the bowl my soup is in is also dirty.

The food is good, just like every other Panera, but the service is terrible, especially the drive thru and getting orders mixed up, not knowing for whom, inside wasn't busy at all, very frustrating
