I used to regularly goto Panera 20 years back and they were really good. Then their quaility and portion sizes went down so stopped going. Tried again today but nope, no change.

Missing part of my delivery order, had to go pick it up myself. My French onion soup was missing the croutons, cheese was cold and clumpy. No compensation for having to go pick up the rest of my order. Supplied a good tip as well. Very disappointed with my Friday night choice, guess I should stick to pizza. Each time I order from here I hope for an improvement and they don’t ever seem to make it to the mark. I won’t order from here for a while again. I’ll crave it again and order. Then I will remember why I don’t order from Panera, because it Such a disappointed for a high price.

Panera bread is tough, over the years the one near me has been hit or miss. Normally the food is good, but the service has been horrible, maybe lack luster at best. I'm not going to sit hear and act like working in food is fun or easy, but sometimes it's a little ridiculous to have to ask for a cup more than twice, when that's all you had on the mobile order. If your worried about the food though, it's pretty good. No complaints there, just your standard bakery-type resturant.

Everything about this panera is good except they have only like two electrical outlets in the whole place-- don't try to go here to work or have a lunch meeting unless you are fully charged!

It’s Monday morning and this place has no bagels at all. 10 am and nothing. How does this happen? It’s like no one cares. Sweep the floors too. It’s a constant pit of crap on the floor here. Bathrooms stink like pee. This was the best Panera but now?

The place was loud and it appeared someone was using the restaurant for Round Table interviews. People brought their kids and left them at tables to chill with loud video games on their phones. The restaurant could have opened another area to see people who didn't want to be pressed into service as babysitters.
This is the 2nd time this location has lost my order & had the audacity to make it seem my fault even when I clearly had my order # & was on time. I get it's lunch & they're busy (& likely shorthanded), but they still need to find a way to keep it together. Not offered anything for the inconvenience either.

Had the nicest kindest young lady at the drive thru this afternoon. I mistakenly ordered ahead to the wrong Panera, this young lady instructed me how fix the order. When I picked up at the drive thru, I was paying asked had she tried the new potato. Soup. She brought me a sample with my order .(Cinnamon crunch bagel, thin sliced) ,indeed a surprise and the soup was delicious, I'll be back for more! Great customer service.

My order was through the drive thru. I was serviced by Heaven who was not very friendly. I said thank you after receiving my order. She never responded. There was one car in the parking lot of a location that was always packed almost at any time of the day. I bet it’s because of poor service. People are not patronizing establishments that do not value them as a customer. Especially in this economy.
