I ordered a half Greek salad, bowl of broccoli and cheese soup, and a 16oz mango smoothie. The wait was long but that was not the problem I had. My problem was my 16oz mango smoothie, it had lots of ice in it and it took longer than my food to receive. My smoothie cup was not a 16 oz and my smoothie was hard to drink due to the ice. It was more ice in the cup but I tossed it out thinking it will make it smooth to drink. I seriously believe it was done on purpose by the cashier....

The food is good, just like every other Panera, but the service is terrible, especially the drive thru and getting orders mixed up, not knowing for whom, inside wasn't busy at all, very frustrating

The food was really good but the service at this location is slow. I wouldn't go here if I were in a hurry. They also don't keep things really clean inside - not sure if they're just short handed. But the food is always great. The steak sandwich is my favorite.
