Pita Way - Livonia Mediterranean

Did not get the pita part of my dinner. One and done for the Birch Run location. Never again.

Wonderful service and fresh everything!! They actually really cared for my gluten allergy!

The workers at this restaurant, particularly the ones that work the wednesday night shift, and it was a white woman that had a full nose ring and a white male with dark hair erases.They were incredibly racist when I went to go pick up a door dash. The white presenting male and female prioritized white Pattinson while actively ignoring me. Where to go for dd pickups is unclear and the staff was unhelpful, rude, and intentionally neglectful.

Fast friendly service! The food is great. The staff is helpful and pleasant. We were even given samples to taste to help us decide what to eat.

Thank you so much to Brandon and the team at the Bay City location! We’ve needed fresh Mediterranean food here forever and they absolutely nailed. Traveling for work and getting a chance to eat Gyros and Shawarma all over the country it’s great to have these amazing flavors at home! The kids bowls were perfect size for my daughters with tons of options for sauces and toppings. I had the dark meat Sandweech and it was phenomenal. I will definitely be eating here very often. Keep up the great work and great service!

I doordash somewhat frequently from this restaurant, maybe 3 times a month. It used to be very good, but the last 5 or 6 times my orders have been missing ingredients. I get a bowl with hummus and pita way sauce, and they've been forgetting one or both of the sauces. They usually forget a vegetable or two. Today, they forgot the chicken. This is ridiculous. Staff is incompetent.

This was my very first time having PitaWay. I was confused on how to order and I think the young lady fixing my food was annoyed. (At least her face said it) I noticed it’s kind of like ordering chipotle but I’ve only had that once.. so I didn’t know what to add and not add to make it taste decent.
Food was great!! Next time I’ll know exactly what to order and add on.

Way too expensive paid allot of money for lettuce and rice and barely any other ingredients...so disappointed ☹️

Fire fries are deeeeeelicious. The food is fresh and the sandwiches are not dry. I'm glad I found this place and will be back when I am around!
