Update: I called the store the next day, and spoke with the main manager, Ann. She was really nice, apologized for the situation and offered immediate resolution. She rectified the situation by allowing me to redeem my coupon for the baklava. There was no back and forth on the phone, the situation was handled within the first 30 seconds of speaking to her. The food wasn't very good. The pita is gross and the sauce they put on it is kind of gross. Service was okay but we did have to wait a little bit. Atmosphere and the place was fine though we did not eat there. Parking seems fine outside
Excellent service and fresh quality ingredients each time I visit (weekly). The staff work quickly and efficiently, make recommendations that are tasty (dark meat chicken). Food ingredients are fresh and cooked right. If you're unsure of what to order, the menu has suggestions such as the Legacy Bowl. Enjoy!
