“I went to Auntie Anne’s in Livonia, MI (Laurel Park) location on yesterday and my experience with Tenecka was amazing from start to finish. 😇 She was polite, friendly, and very kind. The original pretzel 🥨 Tenecka served me was fresh and very yummy. She also asked me what type of pretzels that I wanted and if I wanted purchase any other condiments or refreshments with my order. Her service was top notch; and most of all Tenecka served me with her amazing smile. 😃 So, go there and ask for Tenecka and get your pretzel 🥨 or refreshments today! “12/22/25: Haven't been to a Cinnabon in forever(years), and this AA shop is shared/integrated with the Cinnabon shop. I got a regular pretzel with marinara sauce, a Cinnabon, and a strawberry lemonade. The pretzel was good, albeit quite salty, but maybe that's normal for a pretzel, I dunno. Would get it again at least. Lemonade was good, no complaints. Cinnabon was a bit doughy. It was a textbook Cinnabon, no doubt, as there was nothing wrong with it, but I just didn't vibe with the doughiness of the roll, in comparison to cinnamon rolls at a good donut shop.

Staff was extremely professional, and the place was very clean. I usually expect young people playing with their phones and such at these establishments, but no, the ladies behind the counter were dutiful and professional through and through. If you like either CB or AA, then this is certainly a great place to get them from =03.“

“While shopping with my daughter we took a snack break at one of our favorite changes. An hour before closing the food was fresh, hot and tasty! I had the pleasure of being served by Keosha. Her and her two co-workers were so kind and genuine. Greta staff, food and service!!!!“

“We love the new worker Sam he has long hair so kind and sweet we love how he talks to customers and will definitely go back to that place just to see him love his energy I've been a customer for years and he allways put a smile on my face and my kids.“

“Shout out to Kiante! He is always friendly and patient . I watched him go out of his way to help a customer who did not speak English well to select the coffee syrup . Yes, there is always a line at this location, but I feel like they are really efficient and I have never had any issues with my pretzel or cinnamon roll. I will continue to frequent this business .“

I have to say…..these are so much better than Auntie Anne’s, which I used to go to until they hiked up their prices. Are they sprinkling gold on their pretzels now?!🙄

This place is not only more affordable but the pretzels are also bigger in size.
