The food was good, but the guys who took orders seemed to be in too much hurry, though nobody was next in the line. One guy was speaking way too fast, and in a low voice, I had to ask him twice what he was saying. And guys common! wear the pants properly to your waist, we don't want to see your underwear while ordering the food.

Yikes!!! I’m so glad I did not read the reviews before choosing to go to Qdoba. Normally I go to chipotle but the last several times I’ve gone were absolutely horrible so I thought I would give Qdoba a shot.I ordered online and picked up the order. It was made perfectly and portion good for $- I paid for extra chicken. I don’t know what their normal serving is but it was plenty. I was impressed with the taste of the chicken. It wasn’t rubbery and it actually had a grilled flavor with some seasoning not a lot, but it wasn’t bland.I wish the receipt would tell you who put the order together because whoever it was, they did a great job and it sounds like this place has been having some issues-The two ladies who I saw running, the front, seemed very pleasant and seemed to being doing a great job- 3/27 around 11:30Hope this wasn’t just a fluke and I lucked out because it would be nice to have this as a lunch/ dinner option-

I could give zero stars I would. I received extremely poor service at this location today. I stopped in for lunch today with a few coworkers. I had a voucher for a free entree from a previous QDoba visit (which was given because of poor service ironically). I was told that I could not use the voucher because it wasn't signed by a team member. How is it the customers fault that they didn't sign the voucher? The team member was extremely unprofessional and stated that I did not receive the voucher from Qdoba (where else I would receive it idk). Honestly, if his attitude was better I would have just paid for the food and left. However, he was very rude and unprofessional along with the other team members present. All of the staff need additional training on how to address customers and how to be professional in general. I will be filing a corporate complaint and will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward.

I’m never going back! The ground beef is greasy. I had the bowl to which they just glopped items on. The service was slow for not that many customers at 1: 30 pm on a Saturday. The server added the bottom of a pepper, that looked like it should have been in the waste pile. I asked her to remove it and she took it off and threw it in the trash can. The place is unkempt with boxes and supplies piled on one of the serving tables, I thought it was some type of display, no purpose, just thrown there. After asking for light sour cream, The server gave 2 squirts and pushed the top down. When I lifted my top all the sour cream came off. I asked the cashier if I could get a little more sour cream and was told I would have to be charged! The whole meal was not appealing, tasteless and you want to charge for the sour cream that I never got in the first place??? He stated, “That’s the way ya’ll do ya’ll pile it so high till the stuff get stuck to the top!” No imbecile! That’s what your servers do. I had great service here one year ago. Something has got to change or this will be an empty spot!

So many problems. Zero stars. The man who helped me was friendly, but as I was eating all the other employees were hollering back and forth to each other in the back. Unprofessional. The garbage cans were overflowing and gross. The floor was covered in sticky pop, not just in front of the pop machine. No napkins. No clean tables. I had to ask for a napkin to clean my own table. Garbage on the floor. Food was cold.Never again going here. Bummer because qdoba food was soooo delicious a few years ago. .
Paid 12 dollars for a burrito that was mostly shell. Will never go back. Small portions and the guy taking my order didn't seem like he even cared. I ordered the steak and ended up throwing out most of my meal, only 7 small pieces of steak. I work too hard for my money to be hungry after. I would rather go to Chipotle, at least the food is fresh and portions are decent for the price.

This is by far the worst qdoba experience I have had! This is extremely sub par and they were very rude. We had three orders and all three were something I would have returned had we dined in. The person making the order was wearing headphones which is not good on its own. Please do not run a restaurant if you don't know how to.

This location is NOTORIOUS for messing up online orders. This isn’t the first time either but this last time & I thought maybe it’s just DoorDash for some reason so I ordered directly through their app & asked for some lettuce in my bowl plus cutlery to be included and lo and behold there is zero lettuce & no cutlery. This is the last time I try this location.
