I was disappointed in Qdoba. it has been awhile sense I ate at qdobas. Last time I got a chicken burrito bowl same as this last time. Chicken burrito bowl. It's a bowl filled with rice and quaso. I'm paying $13.99 for a bowl of rice. And a cup of water. I would go to Chipotle if I was you. I had to pay for the cup to have water. Stay away from Qdobas a bowl full of mostly rice and a cup should not cost $13.99.
Every week, I treat myself to a delicious entree at Qdoba. The staff and Nakia delivers excellent customer service and I really appreciate how their customer service support and hard work towards working as a team to satisfy their customers.

I don't want to complain about the food because it's good, even though you get it cold. BUT the employees move so slowly at this store that it starts to look intentional. It is BRUTAL to watch. They also get on the dirty, greasy phone (what I am assuming to be the company cellphone) and then touch everyone's chips with the same hands. Zero common sense sanitization practices. Zero urgency with a line almost out the door.
