I have ALWAYS loved Kerbys. Even before I started working here. Now I manage the Waterford location, I love the friendly atmosphere. The whole crew (for all of the locations) are some of the best people I have brought into my life. Our customers are like are family! What I love the most is that Kerbys is a family owned company. Love the pictures on the walls all good food fresh
Decent food for the price and type of place it is. Has interesting pictures on the wall of old Detroit places. Service was a bit slow on this Sun that we visited but usually don't have issues.

Kerby's Koney Island provides a dining experience with friendly staff and consistent food quality. Orders are ready promptly, and the staff goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. This is about what you would expect from Kerbys. It gets the job done and the food is pretty good. For a quick bite, this is one of the standby spots. Service has been very good, and that brings people back. The food can leave a bit to be desired; Mac and cheese was terrible, box stuff. Most are average. It's not bad, just in need of a makeover and some more frequent attention. This place is very family-centric.
