Quickly Boba Cafe - Livonia

Awful boba and poor customer service. My husband spent around $16–18 on our drinks, and they were terrible. No matter how much I chewed, the boba was tough and unpleasant to swallow. I’ve never had boba this hard and unappetizing. When we returned the drinks, all we got was a quick ‘sorry’ with no effort to make it right. Definitely not worth the money. Save yourself the disappointment

I was so excited to visit Quickly Boba Café in Livonia — I even told the guy at the front counter how happy I was to finally find this location. Big mistake.

My friend and I ordered boba drinks (which were fine) and two chicken bowls, plus spring rolls and crab rangoons. The crab rangoons came out burnt. Not like “slightly crispy,” but charred to the point of embarrassment. When we kindly asked for them to be remade, the employee told us to throw them away because apparently people try to scam for free food?? Sir… you can see they’re burnt. We don’t need free food. We need edible food.

So he remade them. And somehow… they were worse. Overcooked, greasy, and straight-up inedible. At that point we just gave up.

Honestly, unless you’re only here for the drinks, don’t bother. The food quality and customer service were both a huge letdown. Stick to boba, Quickly — the kitchen is not your strong suit.

Great place! The quality and taste is absolutely delicious. I love their classic milk tea, it tastes lovely. I order at their cafe quite often. Other than taste and quality, I shall also praise their staff. I am a woman of color and even to this day, I have experienced racism in certain places, but here I never once felt that. I have had many different staff members or i guess bobaristas each time I order. And not once did they discriminate me or ignore me when I’m about to order(unlike some other places). I really appreciate their genuine kindness. They’re very friendly and welcoming. The place has good hygiene and well maintained. This is overall a great cafe! Definitely worth ordering from here

The drinks are ready big like a large is almost like a pint which is low-key sick cause it's only like $8 and the drinks are good and stuff plus the lady working was really nice

I got a green tea with blueberry/ raspberry and a bbq chicken bowl. It was greatly priced and had good portions.

I was excited to see this place open up right after we moved here and have been coming consistently for yearrrrs since they opened. The manager is amazing and so personable! I love Quickly so much!

Honestly, amazing Cafe. The mochi waffles and the boba are insanely good, plus the atmosphere.

Great staff & many selections for boba! ? My daughter was in boba bliss here, their flavors are phenomenal! ♥️ Highly recommend! You can get the boba & jelly too! ? Their galaxy screens are everything, the aesthetic is incredible!!! ???

Parking: Huge strip mall like area, always a spot to park!

Kid-friendliness: 11 year old will never stop wanting to come back ♥️
