I like this place during the day, the food is good, and so is the boba. But today I knew I would get there close to close so I called ahead to order (I couldn’t place an order over the phone) but I was told to get there by 8:40 and all would be good. I enter the building at 8:41 (literally running) and I’m turned away. Idk how to feel.
Love this place! Go every weekend. The staff is friendly, seasonal drinks are fun, and every drink I've had has been delicious. Don't pass on the food either - love the gyoza!
Great place! The quality and taste is absolutely delicious. I love their classic milk tea, it tastes lovely. I order at their cafe quite often. Other than taste and quality, I shall also praise their staff. I am a woman of color and even to this day, I have experienced racism in certain places, but here I never once felt that. I have had many different staff members or i guess bobaristas each time I order. And not once did they discriminate me or ignore me when I’m about to...
