really good customer service! i get the chicken rice bowl and would highly recommend the thai spicy and katsu bbq sauces. drinks taste great and everything is a good price. if you work in the livonia plaza you get a 10% discount! the only thing ive had a bad experience with is the crab rangoons. the filling tasted incredible but the wrapper was very stale, but it was probably on a bad day judging by the quality of everything else. their chicken has always been fresh and crispy...
I like this place during the day, the food is good, and so is the boba. But today I knew I would get there close to close so I called ahead to order (I couldn’t place an order over the phone) but I was told to get there by 8:40 and all would be good. I enter the building at 8:41 (literally running) and I’m turned away. Idk how to feel.
Love this place! Go every weekend. The staff is friendly, seasonal drinks are fun, and every drink I've had has been delicious. Don't pass on the food either - love the gyoza!
