This place deserves no stars. Person up front was ignorant. . She was rude while just being bad at her job. Left and didn’t even stay to get seated. Could tell it was going to be horrible by the first interaction.

On April 9th I visited Red Lobster in Livonia MI. I was greeted by the most professional staff. My retired work group from At&t got together for lunch. We had a party of 21 plus ladies. Our meeting time was at 12 noon. The manager Brandon advised me he would not have a server until 12:30 which I really appreciated him giving me the heads up right away. Tina our waitress was the best handling the 20 plus guest with a smile on her face all throughout our stay at our luncheon. Everyone staffed on this day was well trained and professional. I can't tell you how much we appreciated them. EVERYONE in my party had nothing but good things to say about our experience today. Keep up the good work and we will be back.

The spicy calamari Appetizer was outstanding, the fish and chips was OK. Rico our servicer was very courteous and constantly checking on us to see if we needed any thing.
Oh my, I thought things were different since the Pandemic but I see that this Red Lobster is the Red Lobster we always loved. My Bartender was the “Fire” and the food was “off the chain “! I put this location in my top 5 for sure. Check out my meal that was so delicious! Let’s go tonight ??Wheelchair accessibility: I have a mom that needs this and I appreciate it.

We were told it was a 30 minute wait. The hostess with the long green nails. Forgot about us and proceeded to seat groups that came in after us. When she realized her mistake, she never made it right, so we left. Very poor service.

I placed a carry out order online on Sunday, March 3. I went to pick it up, there was not a hostess to greet me. When I went to the carry out area, I was not greeted then. There was a long line of people waiting to give their orders or pick up. I went to ask two other women for help, a young Black woman and an older White woman and neither of them tried to help. Finally the woman who was taking the carry out orders asked for name. But this all took like 15 minutes. I go to the Livonia location because I thought that the food and service was better than Dearborn Heights, but they might be the same at this point! I was very disappointed in my experience.
