I went to this location yesterday with my daughter. We had a pleasant experience. I want to thank my waitress, Laura, for exceptional customer service. I haven’t received that level of satisfaction at a restaurant in a while, and it was much appreciated. I will keep this location in mind when I’m in the mood for Red Lobster. Thanks again!

We had reservations but still had a wait, which was understandable considering it was Father’s Day. The Manager (Shay)was awesome with the Guests who were waiting, she was keeping us updated, helping to seat guests. and very friendly, which made the wait not long after all. My waitress (Erin) was wonderful, kept coming back to make sure we had everything we needed which made Fathers Day special for my Friend. This is a prime example of Premier Customer Service , Manager...

My server, Cheyanna, was great! I really appreciate her amazing customer service. I was really having a long day. I originally came in for endless shrimp; however, she sold me on the upcharge of the crab boil just with her vibe.
