Kelli was AMAZING! My family and I dined in today (20 people) and Kelly handled it all by herself!! She was so nice and so sweet! Even though she was overwhelmed, she handled it and carried herself very well!!!The reason why I gave the food 3 stars because it took a long time to come out.Kelli thank you so much for the amazing service!! ❤️Kid-friendliness: Kelli was very nice and accommodating!!!
We had a party of 20 for a family birthday dinner. They were extremely busy. The bar tender was terrible and the kitchen staff had call offs and a new system! BUT, our server, Kelli was absolutely awesome! She made up for all the meds ups. She kept a smile and apologized for all that went wrong. She laughed with us and all was well. The female manager was awesome as well. I'm sorry that I don't have her name. Koodles to Kellii and the manager....girl power!

Dined with my family tonight to celebrate my cousins birthday and we had a party of 20. We had the most AMAZING waitress named Kelli! Although they were short staffed and Kelli little to no help, she handled our entire party with such grace and positivity. She always had a smile on her face. We had several issues with food and drinks and not once did she seem frustrated when items had to be returned or simply just taken off the bill all together. Her attitude never lacked once. Her customer service was top tier. Despite the other issues we had, she was the reason our experience was great!!! Thank you Kellie! Keep doing what you do!!! You are a Rock Star!!!!!

Terrible service but managers were nice about understanding our concern.We will return as the food was great and served perfect temperature. The manager brought our food out .We did pay for everything as everything was good but left below 20 % tip. The manager gave us a few cards with a complimentary free appetizer on our next visit. We had four in our party.Vegetarian options: Limited vegetarian food but can find something good to eat .

i am Annabell H! the one who called the store 2 times just wondering what was going on with my doordashes. just like the nice lady say 3rd times a charm and it was!! the first guy didn’t take it, saying it was behind the counter so he didn’t trust it but actually just didn’t give them a doordash name and left. the second just bluntly stole my doordash and canceled it on me. so i called again so confused wondering why because i knew they could make my order lol. even the dasher said the lady was nice, told him the story and thanked him as well for coming thru. huge thank you to the staff and even the representative that transferred me to her. they all were understanding and knew i didn’t want to be one of those loli just smashed my fries and my dad already smashed his burger so kinda worth the long wait? thank you red robin! i finally got it!

I had the opportunity to join my family for my granddaughter's fifth birthday at Red Robin. I have enjoyed dining at a Grand Rapids location but other than my company, the restaurant didn't pull through. It was busy but there seemed to be enough wait staff. It took a long time to get our orders taken, ( only 7 in our party), even longer to get food. Food was served in three waves (everything on my plate was cold and I couldn't bite through the onion straws on my burger). My granddaughters cheese mini pizza didn't come until the rest of our food had been eaten. No explanations given or treat offered for her birthday and/or the extra long wait! I felt particularly bad for her as her dinner was mostly cold fries from our plates and she was too tired to even eat her pizza when it made its appearance. Red Robin you have some wrinkles to work out here. Disappointed... (I didn't bring this up at the restaurant since the meal was paid for by my son.) ?
