What happened to you guys?

Burnt fryer grease permeates the outside too.. I knew we were in trouble.

Had to replace my apps as they were completely burnt up. Everything was ice cold. Fries were room temp both times. Not even remotely warm. What happened to the metal tin that kept em warm? Burger was cold too. Real different vibe in that place now. What is happening??

Going to Red Robin forever. This is bar none the worst...

May 2026 - First time ever I'm giving a positive review for a burger made with a preformed patty; I had the Madlove burger; it was very good; the mix of sweet and savory was excellent; the burger was juicy; the pepper jack cheese was melty and complimented this burger very well; I would give it 4.5 stars; as a side, I had the garlic parm broccoli which was good too; I've been so biased against pre-made patties since I've had ao many mediocre ones I haven't...

Walked over here with my elderly dad when the Buffalo Wild Wings next door didn't have a server to even acknowledge us when we sat down. Our server here, Kennedi, was awesome and the food absolutely hit the spot for both of us.
