Great atmosphere and great ice cream. Italian ice was delicious as well. Creamy-like texture but dairy free! Delicious option for kids with allergies.

Great frozen custard, nice atmosphere! Love taking the family there.

I traveled 53 minutes to taste these yummy goodies. Although, when me and my family enter the parking lot, I noticed changes.

The treats were still delicious!!! The changes was the appreance of the establishment. I was shocked and sad to see that the structure looks as if it's been through a storm! Boards are missing lights were hanging and outside ceiling was ajar.

There was debris all around the parking lot. Weeds have overgrown without any maintenance. The flower pots are a tacky addition. The flowers are deceased and the planters were placed within the parking lot with tags still on them. Some of the pots were overturned as well.

The basketball hoop and Corn Hole games are nice. The games should probably be place on the side and rear of the building. It's placed where customers are sitting trying to enjoy the treats. Hopefully, the establishment can find its old charm and flair soon.

We took our students here for a field trip. The custard was amazing and all of our students enjoyed this experience! We will definitely comeback next year!

The line is always long and unfriendly customers are there. If you want better service, just go to dq instead. Not worth the wait.

Used to love this place but tonight I ordered a small and regular Italian ice and my small cup wasn’t even half full and the regular was barely 3/4 full. When I questioned them I was told it’s by weight. They need to change their cups to reflect that because the pictures they post on their website don’t show a half full cup. Not how they used to serve them. Very disappointed.

Somewhat disappointed that the new owners came in and installed a radio then raised the prices before the ink was dry on the purchase of the business.

Ice cream tasted old and it was runny..... not their best. Ended up throwing it away

First time there and we were surprised by a couple of things. First, we had ordered a waffle bowl with chocolate and vanilla ice cream. We wanted strawberries, bananas, hot fudge and cookie dough bits. The young lady at the machine told us that they “couldn't put the toppings on ice cream in waffle bowls”. We thought that was odd, but we told her to just put it in a regular bowl. We got it and ate it and it was pretty good. However, we were so wrapped up in our conversation with our friends that we hadn't realized that they only gave us vanilla ice cream and they forgot the hot fudge that we paid extra for. So, not exactly thrilled with this place. I can't say that we will be running back there any time soon.

I had such a treat here with my family— this place really exceeded our expectations!

From the moment we walked up to the window, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The attendant offered few samples, which made it fun to explore different flavors before ordering. It felt like he genuinely wanted us to enjoy what we picked, and that personal touch really stood out.

When it came time to order, we were pleasantly surprised to receive more than we expected — such a generous gesture that made the visit even sweeter (literally!). You don’t see that kind of customer service everywhere.

It’s also clear that the new owners have put a lot of care into improving the place. The shop looks cleaner inside and out, and overall has a much more inviting atmosphere than before. You can tell they care about both the product and the customer experience.

Highly recommend stopping — we’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Note : The Italian ice cream was my favorite...the Dubai ice cream, and the coffee with vanilla ice cream were my family's favorites.
