First off, the staff was very friendly and service was quick.
Unfortunately, my drive-thru smoothie order was wrong and I didn't realize it until I was quite a ways away. Not the end of the world, mistakes happen...but it's definitely a major bummer to spend $12+ on a smoothie and get the wrong order, especially when it's not one you like or can drink.

This was my second visit to Smoothie King, and unfortunately the experience felt a bit uncomfortable. When I entered the store, there were no employees present at the front, which was understandable as I was still deciding on a smoothie. However, when a team member returned from the restroom, there was no greeting or acknowledgment.
