Unfortunately didn't catch his name, but June 29th around 2:30 my bf and I visited and got good customer service and he made our sandwiches beautifully, toppings spread evenly- no complaints will be returning . first time in years 100% satisfaction at a subway

They accepted 4 orders in a row on a stolen credit card and didn't catch it. Three for the same name. All under the same card. So, they made all 4, put the same name on 3 and bagged them all unaware. I called over and over before the pickup time to tell them, but they never answered.

Do not go here! The lady that was taking my order was rude. She told me that they determine how a coupon works at their store. So if the MENU says 2X Cheese, if you use a coupon, you don’t get 2X cheese only 1X cheese. That doesn’t make any sense. How does using a coupon determine what amount of cheese comes on a MENU ITEM?! Also, I could tell it was going to be a bad experience because when I said I wanted my sub toasted for a 6 inch time she told me I had a foot long, and I needed to do a foot long time. No. Why did making a sandwich have to be so difficult. I ended up leaving and going to a different subway.

I ordered three subs, but the bread was not fresh, and there was hardly any meat, the sub said 2 x provolone it was not, the female worker had a horrible attitude. As soon as I observed that the place was dirty, I should have left.
Terrible experience. First off i asked for an oven roasted chicken breast, and received the grilled chicken strips. She should have said they dont have the chicken breasts any longer. The tables and floor had trash all over. All the vegetables looked old, tomatoes were mushy. The hotshot italiano sub says 2x provelone, female worker wouldn't put double cheese on the sub. I asked for onions on half, she put them on the whole 12 inches, and had an attitude when i asked her to remove them from half. As a former sandwich artist at another Subway restaurant, I would never get food from this location again. Absolutely disgusted with the food and service. The owner needs to be cited by the health department and speak to his female employee about being more friendly to their paying customers.

I had the worst experience at this location and I will never return. We ordered to go, got home and the 2 large subs had bread that was so stale the subs were not even edible Who would serve this bread? The footlong cookie which at other locations is warm and fresh. This cookie sat around all day or even a day old. We spent almost $40 and most of the order had to be thrown away. I tried to resolve this over the phone, but this woman was so rude I thought no wonder the food was so bad, a person like her does not care about anything. This put me off from Subway, never again.
