I had the worst experience at this location and I will never return. We ordered to go, got home and the 2 large subs had bread that was so stale the subs were not even edible Who would serve this bread? The footlong cookie which at other locations is warm and fresh. This cookie sat around all day or even a day old. We spent almost $40 and most of the order had to be thrown away. I tried to resolve this over the phone, but this woman was so rude I thought no wonder the food was so bad, a person like her does not care about anything. This put me off from Subway, never again.

Extremely rude female worker. Argumentative, tried to charge extra for a Sammy as a salad. Also not allowed to sit down or use bathrooms. Stay away from this place. Owner, you need to get your butt in gear, clean house and fix your store operations.

I came to this subway at about 8:50 pm and they were closed. Not sure why they were closed this early because the hours say 10am-11pm. Very frustrating. This is an inconvenience.
Hours say they close at 11pm. It is 8:37pm and the doors are locked. Fire these employees.

On Wednesday June 12, I ordered 2-12" Subways online. Got them home the topping each were on the wrong sub. I had mayo put on mine but allergic to eggs. Returned to store, it was empty. The guy started to make it properly and the girl (I think she was racist)came out & made him do other things. Waited 20 minutes through all of this and asked about mine. She said don't worry we'll get to it. I had my 1st cancer treatment that day & told her I was feeling ill an needed to eat, she then screamed at me and said she didn't really care that she had her own problems and that I needed to just wait & quit talking at which time she threw my sandwich in the garbage and told me I didn't need to eat and to leave the store. I asked for my money back & she said I wasn't getting nothing. She said call the police & we did. The Livonia police that showed up were a joke. The girl was rather loud and belligerent, on her phone/headphones the whole time. While on the phone with the police they stated that could even hear her. The guy working with her kept a low profile with his head down the whole time.so.....no food, no return of money. Buyer beware. Check your orders before you leave the store because they really don't care!

Absolutely trash, took me my husband and 2 kids we all got sick, their ingredients are NOT fresh they short you on literally every single thing and my daughter who has medical issues who ate her entire 12 inch sub which she said was "off" had to pee and their bathrooms were locked stating they can refuse service to the restroom after spending almost $60 for trash. No thanks will never ever go back, I'll go to jersey Mike's/ jimmy johns/ marcos pizzeria, at that price point and disappointment I'll get a delit sub from Meijer or Kroger. Staff is rude, quality is trash, you can't use a restroom at a place you paid $60 for is absurd. DO NOT GO HERE.
