Extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled by Cantoro Trattoria. Months ago, my order was made incorrectly, and after dealing with the issue at the time, I disputed the charge because I paid for food that was not made correctly. Now, months later, the restaurant decided to reverse everything and attempt to collect the money again, forcing me to go through the dispute process all over again.

I visited Cantoros expecting a quality local Italian meal, given their strong reputation. Unfortunately, I was shocked to find what looked like a candy wrapper and a string in my dish. It was completely unappetizing and frankly, disgusting.
When I called to let them know, the response was underwhelming—they said they'd "keep an eye on the sauce for the rest of the week." That kind of dismissive attitude toward a serious hygiene issue is unacceptable.

We had a wonderful dinner tonight, guided by our server Tracy and manager Alex. They were so personable and knowledgeable, despite the fact that they were very busy. They took time to speak with us and learn about what we enjoy in food and wine. In addition, they are just plan nice!
