The quality of food here is FAR better than any other middle eastern restaurant around. Cute and small place. Mostly takeout. But they have their outdoor patio and you can sit outside in the warmer weather. Customer service is truly wonderful! Owners are so kind, welcoming and generous. I think they went through some bad employees and their current staff is great! My favorites are chicken shawarma meal or pita, and the signature!! Delicious.

If I could give a 0, I would. Went and ordered carry out last week and giving money to this place was the biggest mistake of my life. I watched the female owner berate a delivery driver the entire time I was waiting for my food. I felt so bad for the guy. He just told her he was there to pick up an order, and she wouldn't stop talking down to him and treating him like he was stupid. You could tell the staff was afraid to interfere.

I enjoy eating here, however, when I placed phone orders they have 100% of the time been wrong. They repeat the order over the phone, but there’s clearly an issue in translating that to the kitchen staff. Now I understand there’s going to be mistakes, however, the owner has called me about this recent issue and she was extremely rude over the phone. Spend your money where they value their customers, and don’t mind fixing simple problems. I definitely don’t want to spend any more of my money there in the future, because she was so rude they lost my business for good.

If I could give 0 stars I would give 0 stars. Every single time I go here the employees are rude. I work in the area at a hospital so my co workers enjoy the food and I've been here many times but no matter if the food is good or not I'm not paying someone to act like I bother them by simply placing an order. I've had the employees here give me attitude when placing orders, when picking them up, if I have a question well it's an eye roll before the answer and the employees are men so they shouldn't be eye rolling anyways! Funny part is tonight I went to place a catering event order for about a hundred people and a unlimited budget for my boss who had requested this restaurant for catering and it was 8:50 as I was walking up to the door the employee seen me and locked the door in my face. I understand that people want to go home but we work at a hospital and their business doesn't close until 9 pm. So you guys lost a big job and Panera gained one.

Terrible! We used to go there about once a month but noticed that the quality was going down for the last two times. Last September, we decided to give it one more chance and we encountered something that we have never seen before. We placed our order at the counter but I noticed that the charge was $4.00 per order over what was listed in the menu. I told this to the cashier and she looked at the menu at the price that was charged and agreed that something was wrong and she called the manager. The manager came in with a very negative attitude and she said there is nothing wrong and the price that the cashier charged us was correct. We showed her the menu that the cashier just handed to us. Her answer was "The prices are subject to change at any time". I couldn't believe my ears! The prices have changed from the moment they gave us the menu until the time they charge my credit card. If she admitted that there has been a mistake on the menu and the prices were not updated it would have been just fine, but her aggressiveness and zero respect for the customer was beyond belief. I had to ask for my money back and walked out. After an argument with this person, I could never know what will be in my food. We will never come back to this place.

I visit this place a lot since I work in the area. I love how the customer service is always excellent and they keep the place well organized all the time. Pricing is convenient and they serve large portions.

This is only second time coming but I love the customer service and how nice they are! Highly recommend and the food is great too!

The best chicken fatoosh salad I've ever eaten. The chicken was wonderfully seasoned and the salad dressing was superb.

Came in today to pick up a birthday lunch for my high school son. He is vegetarian and the owner put together a fabulous meal for him! The restaurant was so impeccably clean! And the owner was very personable and kind. Definitely recommend stopping in for a great meal!!

Food is excellent but this is a carry out place pretty much. I would never go there and eat there or even for dinner. Good place for lunch to carry out. This is run like a fast food restuarant with a wait.

Great workers but poor and unprofessional management. When I tried to tip at the end of my service an employee informed me that the store manger keeps the tips so I quickly took mine back. You can eat there but I feel sorry for the workers.

Great customer service and even better food!! Highly recommend.
