I eat here or swing through for coffee 4 times a week. The staff is polite and unique. lol. Nice people that make my week a little easier. If you had food and coffee at one Timmy’s, you had them all. I come here for the staff and convenience

We moved here not too long ago and this is the best morning crew I've had at any Tim Hortons I've ever been to! They are always friendly! They get the order right every time whether it be in store, drive through or via the app. After going to this one at 5 Mile and Merriman, I won't go anywhere else. (If you're in the area and are looking for a place don't waste your time with the one on Schoolcraft, they're rude and the one on middlebelt only answers the intercom about 5 percent of the time).Dietary restrictions: Need more gluten free options but the dairy free options are good.

I work in a cafe. We wear hair nets . Manger on duty wore slippers and although her hair was pulled back there were no hair bets nor hats to keep loose hair from falling into the foods. Young man at the register had no hat or hair net. The front of the restaurant was kept clean. But taking a look when I was exiting to the floor of the kitchen and Frontline the floors were filthy. The plexiglass by the ice machine was disgusting. In the past I always enjoyed going to Tim Hortons but lately I prefer not to go there.
