This locations customer service really needs to be looked at. The young kids that work here especially the females always have an attitude, I don’t think making a black iced coffee and putting a dozen donuts in a box requires an attitude that is your job. Consistently I have came to this location and leave disgusted every single time. I will not stop going to Tim Hortons, but from here on out I will be driving to a farther location, just based on the constant bad customer service at this store. If/when the owner sees this, I don’t want to be compensated with any gift cards or any in store rewards, I am genuinely asking you to hold your employees responsible for the constant horrible customer service. To the sad employees that work here, I hope you do better in the future with your life. If you can’t put donuts in a box imagine what happens when you get a real job.

Coffee always has a ton of coffee grounds left in the cup, service is aggressive, coffee also has a film on the top. Not clean or pure tim Horton standards.

I go there a lot. I ask for a bakkers dozen, and the young people working there have no idea of what I'm speaking of. A mom & pop place knows what I'm asking about and I aways receive a 13th donut. I buy no less than 2 dozen of donuts a day, some days I buy up to five dozen, and your staff at any Tim Horton know what a banker's dozen is. People, it just one free donut on the house as a nice way of saying: "thanks for the business" teach you team what it is and give the permission to give a 13th donut out. It's nothing to you, because you trash lots of donuts each day anyway!

Attitudes very dry casher up charges meal pricing. I went here three days in a roll and was charged 3 different prices. Day after day the price went up for the exact same sandwich. Never to return!!!!

Their iced capp machine hasn’t been cleaned appropriately the past 5-6 times I’ve gone. I go through the drive thru and the drink is given after payment. It’s a bummer to pay for something undrinkable.
FYI if your iced capp is dark in color and tastes off, it’s because the machine has not been appropriately cleaned.

The guy that operates the drive-through needs to be fired immediately! He's been there for some years but has always been rudely rushing customers. Even before you can pull your car to the order screen, he's already being hasty on the microphone. I'm not sure if he looks at the line like a herd of sheep, but he needs to learn how to show more respect to others starting their days off.

Went there today and ordered three large dark roast with cream and sugar on the side. When I got home and took the top off, my coffee was literally white. They put so much cream in my coffees. I called and the manager said he said he remembered me and he told me he will "remake" the coffee if I come back and return the three coffees. It is cold outside. You could of gave me a credit for three coffees. This is unacceptable.
