This is the worst Tim Hortons I have been to in a very long time. The staff seemed friendly, but the coffee was horrible. Had a Nutella latte and an iced caramel macchiato. The caramel macchiato had no caramel sauce in it, and the Nutella latte was just very bland. Corporate really needs to get involved with this location.

Stopped in on 4/1/24 at 1 pm and I'm very happy with the service. Food was cooked perfect and tasted amazing. Everyone seemed happy and were constantly working.
I don’t come here anymore, the last few times i have received cold coffee and the service is garbage now. Owner isn’t the greatest as-well.

For the last few months, I would come to this particular Tim Hortons because of their fast service. Over a year ago, I lived in Livonia, and the coffee was always great. This time they have a new manager and we'll maybe he's telling them not to give customers what asked for, everytime I go I spend a lot of money on getting caramel shot and they never put them in my coffe you can't smell it or taste it. One time, I got into with the manager if they put it in my coffee or not . I have been a loyal customer of Tim Hortons for any years. I only have a problem when I come here. I ordered 2 chicken panini and 2 large coffees with 3 caramel shoots per coffee and 1 cream. We didn't get the caramel at all, and instead, we received a lot of cream to the point that the coffee looked beige, I asked the employee the coffee had the caramel shots he told they do. The lies of these people is amazing. I will no longer come to this location because they can get my coffee order rightAgain, those are 30 to 40 cents a shot . I'm done with this location. I'll go out of my way to get it somewhere else next time.
