The employees here have TERRIBLE attitudes! They obviously hate their jobs and choose to take it out on the customers. Ask for anything (ketchup, sour cream, napkins) and you will be made to feel like you are an absolute inconvenience to them. They never have baked potatoes ready. If you go during peak times make sure you order your food customized. If you do not, you WILL DEFINITELY get food that had been sitting already prepared for who only knows how long. I love Wendy's and this was a favorite lunch spot for us at work. I will no longer give this location any of my business. Hope y'all keep this behavior up, you will just go out of business which is what your employees want and deserve! IMPORTANT EDIT TO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW. I was in drive thru today, the person collecting money and giving me my food (Diamond) the recipe said host name is Diamond! Rude and was rolling her eyes at me. You acted like you're arms would fall off from me asking for ketchup and hot chilly sauce! If you don't like your fast food job then maybe you shouldn't work at Wendy's. Wendy's should hire smiling faces 😃 and friendly staff.

Ordered apple pecan chicken salad, Jr cheeseburger, iced tea. Only after paying and being headed order told they had no forks...how do you eat salad without fork, strike 1. Then had to pull back around as they forgot burger, strike 2. Got home as couldn't eat in car without a fork and pulled salad out of bag and realized NO CHICKEN!!! I paid 14+ dollars for lettuce and cappy service. Strike 3...
