Today May 26 , 2025 12:35 pm , I visited Wendy’s and placed an order for four Junior Bacon Cheeseburgers (with extra mayo and ketchup), a Son of a Baconator, a large fry, and a large Coke with light ice. I specifically asked for everything to be made fresh and told the staff I was willing to wait. After paying, I was pulled forward and waited approximately six minutes, which I thought was reasonable. When my order arrived, I checked everything. The fries were warm no complaints there. The Son of a Baconator was hot and freshly made. However, the issue began when I bit into one of the Junior Bacon Cheeseburgers. The meat tasted off dry, overcooked, and likely not fresh. As someone who has worked the grill at Wendy’s in the past, I know what freshly cooked beef should taste like. Meat that has been sitting on the grill too long becomes dry, loses flavor, and can even taste burnt which is exactly what I experienced. Understanding that today is a holiday and traffic might be slower, I went out of my way to make sure the food was cooked to order. That’s why I was disappointed and felt the need to return to the store. The store manager answered the intercom and politely asked me to come inside. Once inside, however, the tone shifted. I explained the issue, and while she listened, she became noticeably defensive and interrupted me several times while I was trying to express my concern. She insisted that everything was made fresh and essentially dismissed my experience. I remained polite throughout, but her unwillingness to let me finish speaking and her attitude left me feeling unheard. When I asked for a refund for the four sandwiches, she offered to remake them instead. At that point, because of how I was treated, I declined. I no longer felt comfortable eating anything from the location. I explained that I used to work at Wendy’s and that I could tell the difference between freshly cooked and old meat, but she was firm in her stance and insisted I was mistaken. What disappointed me the most wasn’t just the food it was the customer service. I’ve always believed in the idea that the customer should be listened to and treated with respect, especially when they’re being calm and reasonable. Today, that wasn’t the case. The store needs to retrain the employees on how to talk to people. They rush them through the drive through line and say “pull forward” after every single thing you ask for. Very rude staff and they forgot to add sauce and our fries. They also said they were out of like three things we asked for.

Everytime I come here past 10 pm the employees act like they’re not in. Just tonight… we spoke and everything and they did not respond. It was 3 cars in that parking lot. So it was at least 3 employees in the building. And saw 1 for sure as I drove by after no reply.

So at 909 pm today 2/21/2025 I ordered a number 8 spicy meal large with a coke, a Dave's double meal large with a blueberry pom lemonade a mushroom and Swiss burger, and a baconator totaling 41.93. But when i got home my baconator only had one patty and when I called them back the lady on the phone was rude and unprofessional I called at 945pm 7345229283. She tried to tell me rudely that I was wrong and it had all of the patties as she had made the order and how i was lying and she was tired of people lying. so I drove back another 15 minutes to show my proof and have my order remade or a refund which they didn't want to do. You could tell that on the side of the late night assistant manager the girl was standing there and didnt say a word when they both saw the sandwich wss wrong. My order was remade but with no acknowledgement of the rude service.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I’ve had bad service at this location before, not sure why I thought it would be different.
Stopped by to grab food on way home today around 4:00, there were 5-6 people working.
I was second in line and literally waited 10 -12 minutes before walking out, I acknowledged.
The guy ahead of me was there longer than that, no one said anything to us. One girl behind counter kept telling the lady making burgers about the growing line but she’d just look and go back to making burgers. Some guy brought a drawer out at about the 7 minute mark then walked back in without saying a thing.
I’m glad the drive thru was getting some service. As for me and the 5-6 of us waiting inside we were feeling completely left out. I imagine I wasn’t the only one who chose to eat elsewhere.

Went there at about 11 o’clock, there was no line whatsoever ordered the food asked Can they prepare it fresh so it’ll be hot received the food and it was all cold. Then they asked for the food bag that I had already touched back, probably gonna give it to the next customer or put it back under the heating lamp. All around poor customer service!

I decided to stop in to get breakfast this morning and while at the window waiting to pay, the cashier was polite and apologized for the length of time it was taking because she was the only one in the restaurant and had to do everything herself. I reassured her that she didnt need to rush and that it was a safety issue with her being there alone. I asked her if she reported this to corporate and she said yes. This is just unprofessional on behalf of the owner of this franchise to allow employees to work alone and should be brought to corporate or even OSHA for an evaluation of employees safety amongst other things. Other than this small issue, my breakfast was up to my standards.

Last two attempts to get food through the drive thru ended up with me leaving after waiting 10+ minutes in line with no one moving forward. Food here isn’t good enough to wait 10+ minutes for every car in front of you to make it past the order box.

Did not order. Dining room was locked at 6:45 pm. Drive thru had 3 cars in line, but after almost 20 minutes, they had served only one. So we left.
