I have been going to What the Pho for many years and have never been disappointed in the food or service. It's always top notch whether dining in or getting take out. My favorites are the Shrimp Fried Rice and the Coconut Shrimp, but there aren't any losers on the menu. I tried a lychee bubble tea this time and yumm! I highly recommend coming to What the Pho!
Great Beef Pho (N2)! They give you ample portion of thin cut beef. However, they aren't cheap when asking for add ons or extra anything. I paid $5.00 for extra noodles and $3.00 for extra bean sprouts. That's half the price of the entree itself!! I'll know better next time, if there is one. The service was phenomenal though.

The spring roll is fresh and crunchy.
I really like the pho here mainly for the flavor of the broth.
It has good depth and a hint of sweetness from the lemongrass I guess. Nothing better on a rain or cold day.
